What We Do

It's hard out here on the plains of Colorado! Sometimes, all you want are some fresh-from-scratch muffins, or a made from scratch birthday cake that doesn't taste like it came from the grocery store. Maybe you get a late night craving or need a pre-shift pick-me-up in the form of an incredible Early Birdee Espresso Brownie!

 

Birdee's Bites Bakeshop is a Northeastern Colorado self-funded Cottage Foods Bakery working our way up into a brick and mortar that will offer local delivery. No fancy giant wedding cakes out here, but fun and whimsical cupcakes and small specialty cakes, cookies, brownies, various cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc., that can be tailored to your requests. Once we are working in our commercial kitchen, we'll offer cheesecakes, cream-filled cakes, candies, and more! Perfect for catering your continental breakfast event, dessert bar, birthday party, or any event! We add new options regularly and can even work with Gluten-Free diets.
